Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good quality for the price. It works quite fast. You have to be careful not to scratch the glass because it scratches a little easily. But you can clean it when it's not hot and that's it.

The issue arose when the wrong cord was ordered and the delivery guys kept having to come back. The store's warehouse kept insisting they didn't have any 3 prong cords when inventory showed 86 on hand. Eventually the delivery guys asked them to look harder and one suddenly appeared. I am grateful to the delivery team for their persistence and patience. Another issue occurred when i got a call asking me why i had returned a stove to the store. I hadn't returned it. I had just made breakfast on it that morning. It seems like there are multiple communication issues that need to be looked into.
