I like the features. I prefer the fire TV over the Roku TV but I think maybe this TV that I purchased is defective. Hopefully once the Geek Squad fixes it I won't have any more issues.

Unprofessional clerk

However, I was very disappointed and disgusted with the young person who waited on me. She needs training in how to wait on elderly customers. When I was deciding on which product she was rude and wanted me to decide immediately. When I had a question about a charge she was also rude. I can't find her name on the receipt so I can't identify her.

Just Okay

The speakers are located towards the back. I read a lot of the reviews before making the purchase. So I went in not expecting too much and it’s really just an extra TV for a rec area. I’m not sure if I got a bad one like a few other reviews have stated. The colors are really dark. The remote is very basic. I don’t mind that so much, but I do wish the remote was backlit. TV functions are basic but work fine. Don’t forget to update the TV’s software. I did get it for a good sale price for the size. We also added the Best Buy protection/service plan, as a just in case peace of mind. IMO… they really seem to have quality control issues. It’s pretty much 50/50 on getting a decent one in a batch.

Bedroom TV

Loved the size and the price was very affordable. This TV has many features that made for a really good value. The picture quality is not as good as I had hoped for but it is adequate for its intended use. I could recommend this TV but probably not to use for your main set
