I’m blown away by the quality of picture this insignia has. I swapped out a not to old 1080 insignia led smart fire tv. I am very pleased with the color and deep black color. QLED turns off the leds that are black making the colors pop.

Great budget 4K TV if you get it on sale

Specs for 50' Model: 4K, 60FPS, HDR, Dynamic backlight. (capped at 30hrtz/fps in Windows until you go into advance display settings and change it to 60hrtz.) I got this TV (50 inch model) for about $320 back in September and so far it's been a good experience. Speakers aren't the best but the screen quality is quite nice and the HDR is also pretty. Some reviews mention deformities in the panel like light spots where the screen is brighter than it should be creating a noticeable spot of light, I myself didn't have that problem but do note this is a budget 4k HDR TV so it's to be expected, just turn the TV on at home on the ground before mounting it or anything like that so you ensure that you recieved a good panel. If you are like me and get a good panel then it's a perfectly fine experience besides 2 things: I use this tv as an oversized main monitor for my PC and as a TV for my PS5 so I noticed something weird. Basic HDMI devices worked just fine and could have the Picture settings changed in settings but consoles like the PS5 are forced into game mode which disabled HDR and made the picture more saturated to "see better in dark games so you can defeat your enemies easier". . . I was trying to play a horror game at the time though and got frustrated searching forums for hours until I just got fed up and tried connecting the TV to the internet to update it. This fixed it because I guess when they made the base OS for the tv they thought people wouldn't want to use their new HDR TV with their fancy new systems? Anyways it works now and I can use it at 4K 60FPS with HDR now on my PS5 on the Dynamic setting which I prefer for all my devices. 2nd problem I had was when watching 4K HDR videos on my PC some videos would utilize very black screens with vivid colors in the center. They were meant for OLED TVs but I figured it would still look cool on my TV but for some reason it had an odd artifact of green translucent squares appearing in the dark spots of the screen, I've testing it in PC and PS5 games and the problem isn't there on those platforms but I guess some videos made with OLEDs in mind have weird problems on this display. All around it's a pretty great TV but keep in mind it's a budget oriented experience. Doesn't mean it's bad but it has it's odd small problems here and there but perfectly acceptable experience if you update the TVs OS before seriously using it.

It's a great Fire TV. Loads of apps. Download apps you love. Picture is sharp and has great contrast. Get a soundbar. Speakers are awful as would be expected. Easy to mount on a wall. You can't go wrong with Insignia. My third Insignia! I'll buy this brand again. Awesome TV

I got this back in August 31st, 2022 on sale of $279.00 and did the research to find the best QLED for color viewing accuracy and have it for the bedroom while I have Hisense U6G 50 inch in main living room that I got almost one year ago on thanksgiving week. Did couple of updates and tweaked the picture settings to natural for app and DVD viewing. Used Game for the Xbox for gaming. I have the sound hooked up with the receiver and can use the tv sound mix to bring more sound. QLED is a step up on LCD technology and almost match to the OLED blacks! Love it and recommend it to anyone!

Some people don't think about this brand they think they should get a top over used name brand but let me tell you, this is probably the only way I will ever buy. I've been using insignia products for many years I'd love them. They are dependable and the picture is outstanding. Highly recommended for anybody looking for a little bit of a price break and a awesome product.

I really like this Tv it was a huge upgrade from my last one. There is one thing though over the first week that I bought it a few dead pixels showed up on different parts of the screen. I got someone to look at it and they said there was nothing I could do to fix them.

My previous TV on our patio lasted 10 years, but needed replacing. As we had such good luck with our previous Insignia TV, I was very happy with finding a larger Insignia Smart 50” QLED that fits our patio perfectly and the picture is fantastic.

Delivered quick, set up was easy. Had it for 8 months and have absolutely no problems. My dog ate the remote so I was able to download the fire TV remote app which works great or you can ask Alexa to turn on whatever show you want.

This is a fantastic television. The picture is bright and clear, and has no perceptible lag. The remote is simple and easy to use. Alexa works well, as does Apple AirPlay from my iPhone and MacBook Pro. You get a lot of TV for a little price!

So far the 50' insignia OLED has been great, even at side viewing and the sound is great. Had a 55" OLED Insignia was too large for the cabinet and seems that TV's bass was non-existent-could have been a defect, mentioned to returns desk.

Insignia, smart TV 55 inch I like the color I like the smart part of it but sometimes it keeps going into pause mode because I can’t find the Wi-Fi signal. That’s the only problem.
