Was a little skeptical on the Insignia brand for a Dehumidifier. It wasn't on the recall list so that gave me some confidence. Works great and isn't too loud. No issues as of yet. Would buy another one if it goes on sale again.

The little screen that shows the number didn’t work upon opening. I still kept it though. Works very well and I noticed a difference after the first use. It is a little hard to clean and after a year it started leaking.

We have been running this dehumidifier, in our basement, for almost 2 years now and haven't had any problems. I don't know how much it actually runs but our small basement stays dry. We ran a hose to a drain and don't have to empty the bucket.

We were not sure what to expect, but this dehumidifier works great. Brought down humidity quite quickly and doesn’t give off a lot of heat compared to our Fredrick. Definitely a great buy at a great price.

I got this a few weeks ago for my basement. It works as advertised, is fairly quiet and is definitely lowering the humidity levels down there.

Does a great job of keeping my basement below mold conditions with a 60 or 65 % setting. Limited ON time therefore utility $ impact is believed to be low. Hose drain is high on back which is a plus. Easy to clean filter.

We have a very high humidity problem in one of our spare rooms. within a few hours this machine had removed all the excess moisture from the air. We are very happy with it.

Bought this unit last year and run it in a 1400 sq ft basement at 50 % humidity and it has been flawless. Easy to use the collection tank or hook up a garden hose to a drain.

Awesome quality coming from the Insignia brand. Build seem solid and removing the holding tank is pretty easy. Unit is not that loud, very soft noise. Very useful in the Florida summers!

Just moved to the south and this has definitely helped keep the inside less humid. It’s a bit large, so you need space. Also did t expect it to put off hot air, but it’s not terrible.

Used it for two months until the electric heat kicked on (and ended the need for it). Works perfectly. Quiet. Efficient. Was on sale and an excellent value.

Minus one star for noise, fan even on low makes it hard to hear in my basement office. Otherwise, it's very efficient at removing excess moisture and is easy to use. Controls are clearly labeled.

Doing good a few weeks in. Everything was packaged very simply and was easy to get up and running. It's creatively quiet compared to competitors. Overall I'm happy with it!

This is a great product it does help by getting humidity off the air. Great for small rooms. Definitely great for this humid summer coming

I live in Florida and the humidity is very high this dehumidifier is pulling about 70 pints daily. The only draw back is that it is loud. But for the price it is a great buy.

Quieter than my 10 yr old Kenmore dehumidifier, a bit smaller too. Nice that it tells you what the current humidity is in the room at the time.

This thing is a beast and does a great job in our basement. I've had it a while now and it's still running as should.

Purchased with the extended warranty and still was at a very reasonable price. Has been working great - no problems to date. Recommend.

Easy to set up - love that we could hook a hose up to it and have it drain directly into sump pump (so no need to keep emptying the bucket).

This is on pretty much 24/7 due to must basement - Works great and has cleared out the musty smell in our basement
