The Insignia™ 55" Class QF Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV offers excellent picture quality with vibrant colors and sharp details, making movies and shows truly enjoyable. Overall a great LED for the price. Hopefully it works for over 2 years! The only downside is it comes with only 12 month warranty. Other TVs come with 2 or 3 year warranty.

This is my 4th Insignia tv since 2013. They are in two rooms. Original in 2013 brot from my move. Easy to adjust all settings. Luv the alexa on the remote as works just by installing it from tv instructions. Don't have to have an app on your phone. Very very very hapy with this brand. Just wish they Insignia kept the 58".

We bought this TV to replace a failed one that had had a long, extended life. This unit had wonderful picture and sound. A little upset that this unit (like most TVs now) seem to only have remotes geared towards smart features and forgo the numbers. Us channel surfers want to be able to type in the channel we want and not scroll forever. Then about a week in, the TV starts turning itself back on, but no picture just sound. So randomly we just have a commercial or TV show start playing sound. This would even happen seconds after turning the TV off. I wanted a TV for my bedroom, so a haunted one is no good and this one is going back for a refund.

The menu layout is simple, and all the main features are easy to access. Picture quality is very good, and the TV feels well-built. It has been very useful for my home.

Nice looking TV. One problem though. They replaced the RCA type AV jack with a 3.5mm and say you need an adapter to convert to RCA type connection. That is ok except there are 3 or 4 different connectors that all look the same but have different assignments on the 3.5mm jack. Paperwork with the TV shows an RCA type connector. When you contact Best Buy, they not only don't sale the adapter, but they also can't tell you which adapter is the proper adapter. The said thing is they would not contact the manufacturer to find out. I contacted the manufacturer myself about 2 weeks ago and still have not got an answer.

Great 55" QLED price. This is Best Buys signature brand. No issues. East set up. Picture is good. For the price this was a great buy.

Only had it a month but so far so good. The picture is noticeably better than the LED Insignia it replaced. The built in Fire TV is awesome as was the price.

The picture quality is very clear, and even with a 60Hz refresh rate, the motion feels smooth enough to enjoy video games. The Fire TV interface runs smoothly, and overall, I’m very happy with it.

This is an excellent TV with a great Picture. I had an Insignia 32" TV I bought 10 years ago and the picture was really great. That is why I decided to go with this set. You will get the most bang for your buck here. I have had it 4 days now and I have no complaints. The Wifi 5GHZ it comes with seems to be seamless. I have a 1GB Internet service and this TV tests at about 200MBPS. So far I have not encountered any buffering - not once! The remote is pretty much the same as my Amazon Firestick. Simple to learn fast. I did get the 5 year protection plan for $89 so if things go sideways I can get a suitable replacement.

The TV works great! Colors are vibrant, and the picture is crisp. Menus are a little slow but it gets the job done. Sound quality is good for built in speakers. Most people will have no issues with the sound quality. And the response time feels average. For the price of $210 it's amazing.

I found this tv on sale for $239 and at that price irs unbelievable! Even at its regular price of $279 i would highly recommend it. The fire TV OS is great and easy to use, the picture is seriously impressive at this price point. I bought a samsung for almost $100 more and the HDMI board went bad after 2 days of use and im honestly happy it happened because i found this insignia instead. Even at equal $$ i would take this insignia. Tgis is the 2nd insignia TV ive owned and ive been very happy with both of them. Great value/$

Love this TV. I started out 5 years ago with an older model and it was time to purchase a new one. I first bought a SAMSUNG this was NOT the TV for me, I returned and purchased 2 Insignia. I appreciate the fact that the remote is easy to guide through & voice activated, the platform is not android based, its fire TV which makes it easy to navigate and it does NOT have delays-The QLED picture is vivid and very bright. The sound could use a little help. But if you have a sound bar it should be just fine, Additionally I appreciate the hooks up ports in the back for the sound bar verses all USB .

Great quality TV, Insignia although a BB has really come a long way from the time they first launched into the TV market.

I have a tv in my granddaughter's room that went out, and so I gave her mine and saw the sale on Best Buy and decided I needed an updated television. The screen size was the same as my previous one, but the brand was different and I am really enjoying the crystal clear picture.

So far it has been a fantastic buy . I love the picture quality is phenomenal. My kids love it and they have learned to work it . They are amazed that it turns on the PS5 . The only con is the sound but a sound bar with a sub makes this a complete package for home movie watching.

The picture quality is great, play with the settings a bit to find something that works best for your environment! The audio is good, I have a sound bar so I don’t use the tv speakers but they were good though when I just wanted to hear how they sounded. Having fire tv built in helps free up that hdmi spot and it works smoothly. Pretty much has basic and useful settings, nothing to crazy that you find in higher end TVs.

This tv is awesome. The quality is amazing and most importantly, the tv is affordable. It supports the highest quality function for my ps5 which is important when you want to get lost in the immersion of your games or a movie you decide to watch. This tv does it all and i have no complaints.
