Was told it might be my cable. I went to Best Buy hoping to find what I needed and I did. I purchased the cable and when I got home I was happy to know that’s what the problem was.

There was nothing wrong with my monitor, except I needed a different patch cable to use it. So I purchased this one. And guess what, it works!

Not like the Northglenn store that you have to find a sales person and then they really don't want to help.
