With background noise (airplane) hard to hear

Not a good piece of equipment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have never been able to get two of the holes to accept my headset's jacks. Even switching the plugs did nothing. The holes that work do not distort the music and sound quality is not diminished.
