But i guess if PG&E or SMUD had a glitch that went high rather than the normal low it may help. All that aside the item works great for setting up an area where you have a lot of low power draw equipment.

Power Strip Kudos

It connects to the wall via a long power cord, which is very convenient. The power strip itself takes up little space and does not stand out. It works very well and fulfills the needs for which it was purchased.

Compact & Economical

She has a Bipap, Oxygen machine, electric recliner & lamps(2) all plugged in behind her recliner. It is so invisible & easy to access. The value is great for the cost.
