Samsung user interface takes a little getting used to, and frustrating that the remote is not back lit on a $3K tv but the picture is so good i didnt drop any stars. Had it for a month and we absolutely love watching tv again. At time the picture seems to real to be true and almost looks 3D.

Just frustrating

The TV itself is very good, size and price are great. The issue came after I hung the TV on the wall and turned it on. The user interface (FireTV) is so slow and clunky that it is very hard to use. And yes the software is up to date. I really like the Insignia brand and I own several of them with the built in FireTV. But with this one when I push a button on the remote I have to wait several seconds after each push before anything happens on the screen. Push any button too many times and you’re in for an adventure trying to get to the app tile you wanted. It’s very frustrating to say the least. It’s a shame that I am now going to have to buy a Fire Stick to use in a FireTV that is brand new. I just can’t recommend this particular TV.

It’s got great features, Alexa remote control. The only thing I would fix would be the mounting holes, they’re in a weird spot which ultimately we had to buy a new mount vs the stud-less one which that sucked. All in all, total recommend

Retire the old and in with the 65" Insignia

This new Insignia was everything that the old one wasn't. Better picture quality, better sound and a smart TV. The sound on this TV is very good, even without a soundbar. The Smart part is great, we are able to use every App without any problems. The picture quality is really crisp and beautiful color

Setup was quick and easy, with no issues connecting to my Amazon account or WiFi. I also love the option to use the Fire TV app as a remote—it makes typing in usernames and passwords so much easier. The picture quality and resolution are excellent, and so far, I haven’t experienced any downsides. Definitely a great buy!

Good TV with some flaws but a great bargain.

Picture is clear, sound is clear, and the size gives some pretty good details. My only gripe is it has some odd digital pixelation with certain motions. I have yet to find a fix for this, but overall this is a decent TV for the price.
