I tried returning it at the location I purchase, but was denied because of the grace period. I tried explaining that I was on travel, unfortunately I was denied a return. I left the receipt and the product at the store.

We paid $70 to have the dryer installed but had a valve that could not be used so Best Buy could not install the dryer. We paid $135 to someone else to install the dryer. The items were delivered on time, and after we got the dryer installed, Best Buy did return to take the old dryer.
