Display issues

When going to display and audio then going to "display setting" you can only make changes to different inputs but not for when watching from t.v apps. Some viewing platforms the black bars are larger then others. Very annoying.

It is in a dark basement where the contrast is big anyway. I have and OLED in a bright upstairs room but this is perfect in my basement. Thank you.
