    Worst service with disrespect by Geek Squad BOSS

    Best Buy Refuses to repair or Replace Defective TV with Screen Lines - Disappointed Customer Purchased an Insignia TV from Best Buy on November, 30 2024. Within 4 months, the screen developed lines across the top and on the right side of the screen. There was no physical damage to the TV. However, Best Buy refused to replace or even FIX the TV under warranty. Contacted customer service and visited the store. All documentation, including the receipt, was provided. Despite the screen defect, the warranty was not honored, and the product was not replaced, with the argument that this issue wasn't covered. This is unacceptable for a product that was working properly and has no physical damage. It's reasonable to expect Best Buy to stand behind their products and warranty coverage, especially for a clear manufacturing defect like screen lines. Instead, we are left with a defective TV. This experience has significantly impacted the view of Best Buy's customer service and warranty policies. To make matters even worse, one of their Geek Squad supervisors contacted us and tried to intimidate us.

    I am enjoying my tv. The only reason why I did. It give a 5-star is because the legs of the tv are not in the middle of the tv.

    Well it works. There are a few downsides though. The picture is mediocre at best. Not very detailed at all. Muddy at best. Colors are bland. Also, most importantly, the HDMI inputs do not allow for HDR at all! It is very misleading in the ad. If I knew that I would have sprung 50 more bucks for one that does. It’s odd that a new TV wouldn’t. I suggest buying any other television than this one. I have had many TVs in different price brackets and this one by far is the worst. Please keep scrolling.
