    Wife bought this tv for me for christmas. Got help to set it up in mid-January since I’m disabled. Out of the box, the remote doesn’t pair. It stalls halfway through pairing for some reason. You can use it to get through the initial menu, but then it stalls when it says ‘looking for remote’. Took several hours of troubleshooting to bypass the remote and connect it to the internet so we could use an app for the remote. Best Buy said we couldn’t return it since it was past 30 days. They offered to send someone out in 3-4 weeks to take a look at it. We asked for a replacement remote instead. Just got the replacement remote and went to turn on the TV and it won’t turn on. Red light on the bottom says its getting power, but neither the remote nor the physical power button will turn it on. Couple more hours of troubleshooting and i have to think the power supply is dead. Just one problem after another right out of the box.

    I may be the only person that has this issue but my tv will randomly lose all connection to Wi-Fi and become unresponsive. The only fix is restarting the tv via the remote or unplugging it. I’ve checked for updates and it is always up to date, the software on this tv just doesn’t seem to work properly. But the price is extremely reasonable for a 75”

    Perfect example of when size doesnt matter this TV is only 60hz so unless you enjoy blurry TV dont get this theres no excuse for anyone to be getting a 60hz TV anymore get a real TV
