You have to repeatedly hit the icons before it will open. The touch screen is a joke. it freezes up and dumps you out and you have to do it all over again. Taking my back today.

Battery life and charging is great and fast . Impress with the design and Bluetooth and 16 GB memory . Great tablet for anyone.

It would not charge, the screen would not turn on. Nothing would work. I brought it back to Best Buy and had no problems getting a replacement which worked, for a time. It too ended up having a 'power button not turning the darned thing on' issue. Again I bought it back then the replacement has been going rather well so far. Fingers crossed.

This tablet is equal to both my Samsung and my LG tablets at less than half the price. I have a handicapped child who uses this tablet 5 hours or more everyday. So far no issues. He loves it.

Possible bad choice

I took it back and exchanged it for another only to have the same problem. Now i'm not sure if it was the child causing the problem or if the tablet is that bad. I just gave up on it and it is now a paper weight.

They often freeze, reboot themselves for no reason, are slow to respond to touch, and the cameras are laughable for today's technology. They are solely for my kids' entertainment, but if I was dealing with them more for my own reasons, it would definitely be returned.

Price was good. Only beef so far is netflix does not have the download option on this tablet, maybe it will change in the future.
