Very nice tablet

Very happy with the tablet. .

Do not have a lot of uses for a tablet so not willing to spend big bucks. This Best Buy brand product exceeded my expectations. It even had the latest Android version. I may be using this tablet more than expected.

I turned it on and got it all set up but when Christmas came it was fully charged but couldn't get passed the boot screen with the Instignia logo. It was stuck in a boot loop and couldn't do anything about it. Most likely a firmware issue. Instead of getting a replacement we just went for a refund and got a samsung tab. Samsung tab was great and no issues. Don't waste your time with the Instignia tablet.

Bad time keeping

Each time I set it to central time (either manually, by network, or GPS) it reverted back to Eastern time within a few hours. I spent over an hour speaking with Acer support and it still changed the time back. I was disappointed in the plastic cover for the microSD card. If you opened it very often it will probably break. Otherwise it performed as advertised. So if you don't need the correct time it is ok.
