Why did this happen, I have no idea. No issues with it since then. Bought it for a 88yr old friend. She has no complaints so far.

It takes forever to turn on. The speaker is aweful. Screen is nice for the price. Overall, Not worth the price. Its more of a $30 tablet at most.

Great tablet for the money

2nd one having issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My 12 year old son bought this for himself and the first one we charged all the way up and later that day went to set it up and the battery was dead even though it had been off the whole time. We went back the next weekend and exchanged it, he's now had it apox 20 days (so outside of the 15 day return) and as of last night it won't charge. We plugged it in and it's showing it's charging but after several hours the battery percentage hasn't changed. He's very upset because he played it and watched videos on it all the time and now he can't. He saved his money from report cards for quite a while to buy it and now he's had 2 that won't work and it's too late to get his money back to buy a different brand.
