Fire TV software is horrible

It’s laggy and frustrating to use. The software needs serious improvement before it deserves to be called “smart.”

Good for the price, Best Buy replaced w/warranty

The fire tv OS is inferior to Roku IMO - it lags (probably due to the sheer number of Amazon ads it has to cram onto the screen), but it's certainly usable and good price.
