Horrible installation experience.

The installation was so complicated to set up, and completely fumbled by the Best Buy installation team. Paid an outrageous price to basically, have the technicians take the TV out of the box and plug it in. Extremely dissatisfied with the installation.

Pleasantly surprised by the sound quality and as of right now, no need for extra sound amplification--works just fine for me!
