This entire process had been a nightmare. DOA tv, paid for installers time. Spent hours on the phone with customer service in Mexico, then India, then maybe the U.S. and still nothing really resolved and was charged a hire price than what the TV is listed for as of today. I was disconnected and transferred to 4 different people and none of them knew how to handle 85 inch TVs....it is disgusting how bad this experience was for a DOA TV

The complete worst service in life had 3 missed appointments no call no show took over 3 weeks for jod to be completed and they hooked up cable wrong the geek squad is horrible my wife took off work 3 times just for them to not show up dont pay the extra 500 for there service not worth the headache or service

The TV was fine. The installation was so complicated to set up, and completely fumbled by the Best Buy installation team. Paid an outrageous price to basically, have the technicians take the TV out of the box and plug it in. Extremely dissatisfied with the installation.

Sound fluctuates. You can't trust the settings. The only thing we could access was Prime. All other preferences would flash a grey fuzzy screen.
