Sure, there is a difference in batteries. The technology is well-proven, but the use of high or low quality components makes the difference. The Insignia batteries seem to have a decent life. I'll report back on any leakage - that can always be an issue and destroy equipment and textiles. Nothing yet - Yea!

These are a bargain when you get them as a Deal of the Day. The few we used so far seem good. Time will tell how long they last and how well the unused batteries react in storage.

Insignia products are as good as anyone's and they save you a lot of money over time. These batteries last long and continue to perform as good as the price you pay for a name brand.

Bought these on a deal of the day at a great price and I would say that these can compare to an Energizer or a Duracell because they last a good long time.

The Insignia AAA 48 Batteries Pack is the best value compared to major brand name competition. The batteries last at least as long as their major brand counterparts, and sell for 50 -75% less!

These work as well as any "name brand" battery in everything I've put them in. You can never have too many batteries and when these are on sale, the price is hard to beat.
