The dates on mine will have these all used up before they might expire. We tend to go through batteries so I tried rechargeable ones but found that they didn't last as long or power all of our devices as well so we switched back for those that needed better performance. These store brand from Best Buy have worked well for us lasting as long as major brands and as and BB has been kind enough to put this larger package of them on sale from time to time they are very affordable.

My granddaughter convinced me to purchase this pack of AAA batteries and so I did, knowing that there is always a need for AAAs. I thought the quality might be significantly lower that the top brands, but I have found that there is only a slight difference in what I can tell from their quality and length of time output. Compared with the price difference and the convenience of having AAAs available, I say that this a very good deal.

Bought on a SlickDeals link. Have been using Best Buy batteries for a couple of years. You'll find ones that last longer at a much higher price. These are very good and when on sale an excellent value.,
