    Most of my AAA batteries around the house are rechargeable for the primary reason of avoiding leakage. I purchased these for devices like the scale in the bathroom or TV remotes. Only a few months passed and I found one leaking in the packaging. I removed them from all devices in the house. Standard disposable batteries are risky and these worked fine but use them at greater caution.

    Some batteries leak and these are not powerful enough. This for general use like wall clock or toys. Would not use it for camera or door locks.
