The head light is basically a removable flashlight attached to a rubber strap to switch out, and has three settings: Solid, Solid Dim, and Flashing light.

broke after a few months of non use

There is a rubber square piece that fits into a slot and once it comes out, it's not going back in, rendering the mount useless
