This converter is small and much lighter than the converter I used to use. It is also better to have the adapter plugs built in. It is a blessing not to have to search for the right adapter to take depending upon to where one travels. In fact, I bought this one because I couldn't find the correct adapter plug for my next destination.

We purchased this adapter/converter for our daughter who is studying abroad for 6 months. It worked the first two weeks she was in England then stopped working. Of course we cannot return it, and when I told Best Buy customer service about it we were told to call the manufacturer. She was forced to buy a different adapter off Amazon. Do Not Buy this !!

Could use for power conversion in the UK for a blow dryer, but would not work with my flat iron.!

Did not work as a converter or adapter. Purchased different, new, in Switzerland Would bring back but don't have receipt. Probably defect one item, cannot fault the product based on one experience. Try before buy.

It does what it says. It would be better with a second outlet of a USB charger though.

This product is good for overseas, a little pricey but made well

If you need an adapter fro Europe, this would be a good choice

If you need 220 to 110ac, this is your unit. It worked perfectly in Argentina. It was also the perfect adapter in Peru where they had 110 but different outlets. Great for phone recharge, computer and tablet. Not for hair dryer or curling iron though.

I was told when I purchased this item, that I would be able to use it in Ireland. I was not. It did not fit into any of the outlets at the Hotels we stayed in. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.

Tried using this in England. The UK prongs got stuck in half-open position, effectively rendering the entire device useless.

No complaints. I purchased this product for my boss and his wife to use on their trip to Italy. I didn't get any complaints about the product, and trust me, he would have not hesitated to let me know if there were any problems.

This converter has all the needed configurations needed for traveling and living in Switzerland . Its compact style is very helpful when one is limited to space and weight
