It's an inexpensive cable, no braiding, nothing to protect it while I use it all over the place. It's a bit stiff - stiffer than the white cables that come with the phones, so we'll see if it cracks at the joints between the plugs and the cable. Hopefully it will last at least as long as those expensive Apple cables!

Handy addition so we have options at home, in the car and for traveling.
