Not for me but better for my aunt
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My aunt needed an extra charger and so did my mom. I did tell her that it is best to use "the brand your phone is", which is (both) Apple. But she said that her phone is almost dieing so it didn't matter. She decided to get one for my mom too... My mom did not agree, she exchanged it and got the one for Apple. Personally, I would have done the same. Whatever brand, device, you have, you should get the one you have. Not a 3rd party. Yes, they might be good, the price is better but what you don't want is your product getting damaged for something you bought that was cheaper. Tech product replacements should stay within brands. If you don't care, then get it.

Serves the purpose

I gave the charger 4 stars because the one year warranty is what makes this product worth it's buck, if the charger becomes damaged bring the charger and your receipt in for an exchange. I have exchanged my charger cord once in the last year with no problem in store.
