I needed an extra charging cable for my iPad and had tried a cheap no-name one. It didn't work. So when I was at Best Buy I asked the Apple guy there if this one would, rather than spending extra for the name brand. He assured me it would do the job. It does!

I've tried all the after market apple chargers, connectors, ear buds, etc. Things just don't work right with the imitation products. This is the best charger for your IPHONE and the price was reasonable!!

With all the devices that most households have, doesn't everyone need an extra charger now and then? I used my Best Buy rewards points to cover most of the cost of this item, so it was very affordable as well as handy.

I’ve been having trouble syncing my iPhone to my MacBook for over a year now. Finally found the time to get it looked at...my charger wasn’t strong enough. So happy that I’m now able to back my phone up

I read the reviews and decided on the Insignia brand charge and sync cable. At first, my son wasn't real keen on the idea of an alternative brand charging cable, but quickly changed his mind and is now telling his friends about it.

Would have preferred 6' but out. Works well now until it doesn't like the 10 other cables I've bought. They're definitely not built to last. The off brands eventually stop syncing with my IPad or they totally break & unravel; I have at least 5 wrapped in electrical tape!

Works amazingly. Can't tell the difference between this or an apple charger! And it's cheaper! No signs of wear after a while of use and I'm loving it. Highly recommended!

Bought this cable to replace a previously purchased cable from insignia. Previous cable lasted almost 3 years before it stopped charging. It's a bit shorter than my last cable. I believe my last one was 6', but they only had 4' and 8' cables, so I went with the 4' cable. Gets the job done.

Bought this upon recommendation from the man who was helping us buy our new cell phones. He said all of his charging cords are Insignia brand. I love the length of this one - slightly longer than the one that comes in the box but not too long.

I really like this cord. It's a foot longer than the standard Apple cord and it doesn't kink and break at the ends like the Apple cord does. Plus it costs less.

I bought two, one for home and one for work. They are a very snug fit which is good. But the hard part (the plug that goes into the phone) needs to be longer or where the cord joins the plug (into the phone) needs more reinforcement. It is hard to pull out the plug out while the phone is in the otter box case.

So the stupid apple charging cords for iPhone/iPad fray so quickly and I'm always replacing them in a few months. I bought this insignia brand one and it seems to be a little more sturdy and cheaper too.

I’ve purchased this because my non-Apple one has torn at the base and wired exposed. Hoping this one will be different. So far so good, but still need not bend at base or wires may expose again.

Having purchased the vehicle charger thinking that was all I needed, I was horrified when my own cable broke off in the charger. Ran back into BestBuy and bought the proper cable and was in business. Again, thanks to the salesman for his advice.

I have had no issues with this cable. The connection is a little thick so it may not fit if your device is in a Lifeproof case. Not an issue for me, but definitely something to be mindful of. The cable itself is very thick and feels like it will hold up over time.

My purchase of a charge/sync cable was an obvious choice. It was a lot cheaper than the actual Apple version and works every bit as well! I'm very satisfied with this good solid product!

Great alternative to Apple's own brand lighting cable. The connector is smaller than other 3rd party cable manufactures. Also the cable itself feels/appear to be much more thicker than apple's. Also works with lifeproof cases. Which is a very tight opening to connect.
