Recommended by Best Buy Associate when I asked what batteries he recommended. I'm tired of buying Duracell batteries when a high percentage of them leak acid into my remotes, game controllers, and flashlights. Leaking Duracell batteries have ruined an older Yamaha receiver remote and the acid leaking Duracell batteries damaged one of my expensive Mag flashlights beyond repair. It's time to move on to different brand of batteries. Hope these Insignia batteries work out good!

No, they don't hold a charge as long as the two big name brands, but they don't seem to be susceptible to going bad and bleeding acid acid as happens with those two name brands far too often. Nice case. I can't see myself buying this assortment ever again, though. Those devices that use C and D cell batteries are a thing of the past, and I rarely use mine, anymore.
