This is my second cap purchase since I lost my last Apple Pencil. The other cap was purchased on Amazon, was solid white, and felt a little more sturdy. Ok, it matched the pencil better and it wasn't so obvious I tend to lose things that are not attached. It will do the job and is low key enough.
