Dropped phone cracked back glass

When I purchase from Best Buy I expect quality but this product sure fell short. It was difficult to get on at first. A week after using I dropped my phone (fall was short) when I picked up my phone I looked over it to make sure nothing happened to it and I saw my back glass broken. I ended up having to get my phone fix which cost me 10x the amount of the “protective cover”. Never again.
