My only complaint is that I can't get the S-pen out. I have to use something pointed to get it out. The case doesn't leave enough space to get my finger in there. Granted, being a guy I don't have long fingernails but it shouldn't require long nails to retrieve it. I ended up buying a different case. Now I can retrieve it easily.

Poor design reduces case usability

The bottom cutout edges of slots are sharp, and painful when phone rested on fingers. Power and volume Buttons are really hard to push, even compared to thick cases like OtterBox. Seems to offer good protection, though.
