This was my first time wall mounting a TV. All in all it was pretty straightforward project. The largest challenge was two-fold: 1) Picking out the right combination of screws and spacers; and 2) Ensuring that the bracket would also accommodate a soundbar mount for hanging the soundbar directly under the TV. You also have to keep in mind the distance between the wall and the various TV inputs (power, HDMI, optical, etc.), especially if those are positioned on the back, rather than the side, of the TV. If you don't leave enough space behind the TV, then the TV won't hang flat and/or you'll have a bear of a time getting everything plugged in once the TV is mounted. In the end, I had to buy some slightly longer screws to make it all work with my TV, but the good news is that the bracket uses standard metric pan-head machine screws, so finding the right length substitutes was neither difficult nor expensive. Once that was done, it wasn't that difficult to mount the TV and secure it. All in all, this is a decent low-priced solution that worked well for my application - a 32" TV mounted on the wall of my upstairs office at home.

Wanted to hang up my 32' inch tv in my bedroom and was looking for a mount that wasn't complicated and wasn't too expensive. The hardest part of the whole installation was finding a stud in the wall. Install took maybe all of 30 minutes from start to finish. Comes with different bolts and washers based on what the back of your tv looks like. It's lightweight and didn't have a bunch of complicated parts to figure out. You drill a hole at the top and the bottom of the plate, and then screw in the screws. It got a little tricky screwing in the bottom screw after the the top screw was in, but it worked. It got the job done and did what it said it would do, which is hold up my 32" tv.

The mount is very easy in a perfect world. However, this is not a perfect world. The screws and connections were cross threaded and lucky I was able to salvage from other mount kits to work. The mount did not fit my tv and again I was able to salvage from another kit to work. The adjustment screws are poorly placed that makes attaching the mount the most difficult and if not careful you will strip the screw head. It is extremely low profile. So much you can't get behind the tv to tighten the screws ove placed on the mount. I would return but if the company doesn't care in the product they put out I doubt they will make it easy to return. I will not buy from this company again.

Purchased for a 32” TV in a bedroom. Installation was simple enough, and the directions were clear. However, it was lacking in providing sufficient hardware. The package includes multiple size washers, spacers and screws. But as it provides 7/8” spacers, the included M4 screws weren’t long enough to use the spacers, so I had to make a trip to a local hardware store to get the M4 screws at 50MM length in order to use the largest spacer in the kit.

I purchased this mount for a 19 inch television that I wanted to mount in my office room. It said that it would mount televisions up to 39 inches. However it would not mount my television without my altering the brackets. The brackets would not fit on the mount without being in direct conflict to where the HDMI cable went into my television. I had to make two additional holes for mounting to the television mounting holes as well as buy a new HDMI cable that was at a 90 degree because of the closeness to the wall. However, the best buy did tell me it would mount any television. It may work on all televisions but mine, so I would recommend it.

Easy enough to attach to TV and wall. However the size of the wall mount doesn't allow you to use two studs. This is OK since TV doesn't weigh much and by offsetting the mounting screws a little into a single stud you can prevent the mount from rotating. My big complaint is that once the TV is mounted to the wall mount you can not fasten the safety screws to the wall mount. Once mounted to the wall the safety screws on the TV mounting bracket are a good 1/2" away from where they have to be to secure the TV to the wall mount. It is not likely that the TV will be knocked off the wall; but this safety feature does not work.

When I purchased this item I was a bit skeptical of the solidity of the bracket. Trusting the Best Buy guy who sold it to me I went home and measured the stud interspace which worked, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS carefully, drilled the stud holdes and mounted the bracket. The screws that were supplied with the bracket screwed into the TV just fine. Mounting was a breeze. The only issue is that the screws that secure the TV on the bottom required a longer screw driver than I owned necessitating a trip to the local hardware store. Once completed it is solid. Really easy process and great result.

This is working okay but the installation instructions were less than ideal. They said it had to be installed in a wall stud - impossible in my case. There were no directions on how to mount it to a hollow wall between the studs which was essential in my case. I had a very lightweight TV to hang, just 24", and I know that I could use toggles, which I did. The template was fine, but there was no need at all for the huge lag screws provided. They should explain that if no solid wall stud is available, you can use sturdy toggles, but not cheap plastic wall anchors.

NO Screw Holes in the back of the TV????

Purchase this a few days ago and was trying to mount it today. After I had setup the mount, took about an hour, I started to set the TV up. Only problem was when I was trying to place the hooks on the tv there were no screw holes on the back of the tv. I could see where the holes would have been but for some reason these weren't drilled in at all. Disappointed because I like the tv but its no use if I can't mount it. I will be returning this to the store and making sure that mine was/wasn't the only one. I don't know if all Isignia TVs have this issue, I hope not.

I got this to hang a 32" smart TV in my bedroom. The bracket itself is great, but I have two words of warning. First, the instructions only tell you about installing it into a stud. If there is not a stud to drill into, you can still use it. But you will have to go to the hardware store to purchase a molly. They are not included. The second possible issue is securing the lower side to the back bracket. If you have a flat TV, and there is a bulge below the bracket, you may have an issue tightening it after it is hanging. But it is a great bracket, and is easy to install.

Getting this wall mount set up was no problem at all. The template was actually useful and the included hardware was appropriately beefy. I was disappointed with the locking mechanism, since it requires a few sticky screws be screwed in. Given the low profile of the mount, this proved to be more difficult than it should have been. Just a poor design choice. I would have preferred to see a spring loaded locking mechanism.

I bought this to wall mount a 32” tv. The wall mount itself is sturdy enough but one of the cheap screws to attach to the back of my tv broke off as I was attaching the mounting bracket. So 3 of the 4 screws are in place, which leaves my tv slightly crooked. I can’t remove the broken screw because the shaft is too far in so then I had to readjust the bracket to compensate for the unevenness. Very irritated. Would’ve returned it but having a broken screw stuck in the tv leaves me in the same boat regardless of a new mount.

We purchased this mount to hang a 32 inch Vizio in a small assisted living apartment. Didn't need the tilt and pan options, so this mount works great. It is easy to mount on the wall, and easy to hang the TV. Check that your connections don't face directly to the back (wall), otherwise you will need 90 degree converters too (which we purchased at Best Buy as they were there, AND cost the same as online providers). Some type of cable collector will make the finished installation look clean.

I honestly feel like I over paid for a mount that is simple and easy. It is very tight in order to get some of the screws on secured enough to feel confident it would not fall. Because of the difficulty of trying to get the tv secured to the bracket, I knocked off 1 star. It does what it says and the price is not horrible. Nothing fancy but something similar and better could be purchased on Amazon for around the same price. Best Buy needs to seriously consider increasing the tv mount options and updating the inflated prices.

The package comes with everything you need to install. The template made it easy to mark and drill holes for the hardware. The only down site is the lock screws on the bottom. Because the bracket is so shallow, I needed a very long screwdriver to tighten them. I'd suggest skipping it unless you have kids so you can easily remove the TV to access the rear ports. To the manufacturer, design some easy release mechanism rather than the screws.

I used this mount for a LG 24in Smart TV. While my issue may just be specific to the TV, I was very frustrated that the four screws used to mount the TV to the frame were too long which resulted in the TV not being tight against the frame and excessive play. Even after using all the washers included, I had to purchase extras to make up the difference for a snug fit. Other than that headache I feel the mount is well made and quite easy to install.

I bought this for a 32 inch tv. The screws and the bracket are not very heavy duty. The screws are very poor quality. I wanted my tv to sit as close to the wall as possible but once the mount wasn't on the wall the tv almost angled up because the bottom of the tv was thicker it looked awful. I took the mount back and bought the more expensive rocket fish mount that tilts and it was amazing. So much better quality and the slight tilt made it sit perfect and still very close to the wall.

strong frame with mounting hardware, but mounting hardware cannot be used as is in mounting frame on a sheetrock wall attached to metal studs. Instead, separate anchors must be purchased. Also, the two set screws that secure the sliding frame to the wall-attached part are difficult to reach after the TV itself has been attached to the frame. The frame itself is a strong, low-cost satisfactory mounting device.

I had a single arm mount and was told by the installer to have a handyman and electrician move my outlets. I decided to take this into my own hands. I did a little research and figured this would work. Low and behold it did. TV is centered where I want, no outlets had to be moved and to top it off, I installed it myself, and I'm a girl! BAHAHAHA.

Had To Return - Purchased the Incorrect Size

I had purchased this to mount a TV that was within the size specified, however, the wall I was going to mount it on was quite small, and my handyman wanted to ensure I was mounting on two studs. Because the mounting is "fixed" we could not do that, so I ended up just putting the TV on a table and returning the mount, as well as a shelf I had purchased for the cable box. I will say that the returns process was quick and hassle-free.
