We have had very little problems with this model in our franchises. Mostly just the internal contacts for power being a little sensitive. Disappointed that Best Buy will now be discontinuing this product after they told us this was their brand that they planned on having around for a very long time.

Everything else is decent but because it is so slow to react it makes it really hard to provide an overall critique. Key punches delay. Loading delays. Picture settings are NOT made for Black people unless you're light skinned or in really bright lights. I'll likely give this one away.
