    Used only as an e-reader for school, it works well for that purpose! It's still better than attempting to purchase an iPad and does the job. Only con is that there is no cellular service with it, but if you're somewhere without a wifi signal, a cellphone hotspot will work as well.

    The first tablet had a defective volume button, hardware error. Best Buy did honor the warranty in store, and I swapped out for another tablet. However, three days later that tablet's screen went out (displayed rainbow grid patterns). The store did honor the return policy and credit me the value, and I got another tablet. However, not before telling me "You get what you pay for in a tablet"... It's their freaking tablet! It's an in-house brand! Nice. Best buy. Nice. OFF TOPIC: Just keep feeding me that 20% off of new games, and get out of my way for everything else. HIGHLY reccomend the Gamer's Club unlocked. The money I've saved! For those wondering, I swapped to an Acer Iconia 10' and have been very happy so far.

    Bought this tablet for my wife and had to exchange twice! Both returns had lines down the center of the screen. Best buy took care of the problem no questions asked great service just unfortunate I had to do the exchanges or it would have been easy 4 stars. Wife is happy now.
