It did work for my 55" LG TV. However be sure to compare specs to the distance between the feet of your TV. I had only an inch to spare on each side and was affraid a small bump would knock tv off cabinet. So I purchased a center mount stand. Assembly took about an hour. Instructions adequate

The little door broke off within a year and due to it some of the color ( which is like wallpaper) peeled off the bottom, right under the door in the front. It is budget friendly but if you can spend a extra couple hundred for something better do it.

It was the right height and width for our 55” tv. It’s easy to put together. However, as a previous review mentioned, you do need to punch in little holes for the screws to attach the back properly. That didn’t take too long though. Otherwise it was easy to put together if you can follow instructions.
