Great quality band, got it for my girlfriend and its strong leather

Very nice band. The only reasons I gave it four stars instead of five were 1) It was too big for my wrist, even on the smallest setting (I have extremely small wrists) and 2) it felt a little stiff and it was hard to buckle it, but that would probably have softened up after a few wearings. I ended up returning it only because it was too big for me. I felt it was a good value.

I wasn’t sure in the various Apple Watches, but went with this one. I don’t need to do my calls on, but it’s perfect for everything else. I love being able to switch out my bands, and got different ones

I have quite a few silicone bands for my Apple watch, and I thought this leather band would be a nice change. Especially on sale, the cost is fairly minimal for a band of leather material, and I find the look to be quite nice in the chestnut color with white, accent stitching. The stainless-steel connectors work quite well, and the quality feels solid and secure. One concern I had regarding this Insignia brand watch band is that I have a silicone band of this same brand and the length is just not as long as I would prefer. I was relieved to see that this leather band is more than adequate in length and my wrist is not on the small size range. There is plenty of band left to tuck through the two leather loops that hold the loose end of the band in place. As with any leather watch band, after wearing it for a bit the band will start to conform to the shape of your wrist so once removed it naturally retains that curved shape. The chestnut color is a nice shade to compliment many apparel colors and the white stitching adds a more casual, relaxed look which I like. This Insignia, leather band should be good for quite a bit of wear and use. The only part of the band that would likely wear out sooner might be the two leather loops that hold the tail end of the band in place. These narrow strips of leather do look like they are stitched together so hopefully this will hold up to the movement of being slid across the leather band as one positions them each time. This band is a very nice look for both men and women and the price is more than reasonable. It's a comfortable fit that I'd recommend and it's a nice change from silicone.

Band is nice, but seems a little cheap. I have a feeling it won't last too long

When opening the package, I was immediately impressed with this band. The stitching looks uniform, and the end is properly formed making it easy to thread through the keeper loops. About 30 minutes after putting it on, I washed my hands and got the band wet. It dried faster than expected and there was no visible staining that sometimes happens the first time leather gets wet. I am not sure what preservative is used from the vendor, but it works - at least initially. I plan to coat it again with some of my fine leather preservative in a month or so. I am not sure what grade leather is used in this band, but it is a little thinner than I normally prefer. So far, the wear is good and the pin on the buckle has not enlarged the holes on the band, although I suspect this could be a future issue - purely my speculation. The connectors to the Apple Watch are perfect and engage as they should. The buckle appears sturdy and the holes in the band are spaced appropriately. It fits my wrist well and has a snug enough fit not to rotate, but not too tight either. My only true nitpick is the two keeper bands for the excess of the strap beyond the buckle. One of them is fixed close to the buckle and the other floats wherever you want it. The fixed one is a bit too close to the buckle in my opinion and it makes it more difficult to remove as you must push the band through it to have enough slack to remove from the buckle. I realize this is a personal nitpick and the next person may want the band keeper close. Just my impression and preference. I deducted one star for this and the thinness of the band, but at the price, this is truly unbeatable and I highly recommend buying it.

I have been wearing Apple watches for over 7 years now, and bands are everything with them. Sadly, the ones that are sold at the Apple store are just astronomically high in price for what you get, and the cheap knock offs that you can buy on Amazon are just cheap and fall apart after weeks. Best Buy has solved BOTH issues by offering a huge lineup of affordable and good quality apple watch bands. I have always been drawn to leather bands, so I was excited to see that Best Buy now has the leather bands in stock for Apple watches. The band was easy to install, the leather was very stiff, however after just one day of wear, the leather relaxed into its new form and became very easy to put on and take off and adjust. The genuine leather is good quality, doesn't leave behind any residue, the leather doesn't get dirty from day to day wear, and it can handle a small amount of water say from washing your hands etc. without getting all messed up. I definitely will have to pick up more Insignia bands as they seem to be the best bang for your buck for Apple watch bands.

The packaging is nice because it allows you to slide the box open and feel the quality of the leather before committing to buying it. I had a bit of difficulty getting it off the cardboard insert but a pair of scissors helped me to get the band out without damaging it. I used the picture on the box to figure out which piece (it's a 2 piece band) goes on the top and which piece goes on the bottom of my Apple Watch. Buckling it is an easy enough process, very similar to many other watch bands. There's nothing new to learn with this band. My wrists are very small and thin and so I found this band too big, even on the tightest setting. My Apple Watch would still spin around and around on my wrist. Though it's still wearable the health and fitness functions would not work well for me as the heart rate monitor, etc. is not pushed tight down on my wrist owing to the loose fit. However, this is not an issue with the band - more an issue with people (men and women) with very small wrists. Lastly, the color of the band is nice - it's something different than the standard black or very dark brown.

I only wish the first strap holder is movable but other than that it is a great product with affordable price.
