This case is nice! The clear design allows for my gold phone to shine. It’s quite sturdy and durable. The buttons click. The box says it’ll fit a 12 Pro Max and 13 Pro Max. I was worried, but my 12 Pro Max fits decently. This case is definitely meant more for the 13 Pro Max. The 12 Pro Max and 13 Pro Max are 160.8mm long and 78.1mm wide, but the 13 Pro Max is slightly deeper; 7.65mm deep, compared to 7.4mm of the 12 Pro Max. My 12 Pro Max sinks just a tiny bit into the case, but it’s only by fractions of a millimeter. It’s not enough to compromise the safety of the case. Biggest problem is Magsafe. The description says the case has magnetic charging capabilities. This is half-true. The case is thin enough for wireless charging to work if you lay your phone down on a wireless charging pad… but it’s NOT Magsafe compatible, so your phone will NOT stay attached to say, something like a wireless charging stand.
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on the Insignia™ Hard Shell Case. We're glad to hear that you appreciate the clear design and find the case to be sturdy and durable. It's great to know that it showcases the beauty of your gold iPhone while still providing reliable protection.
We also appreciate your clarification regarding Magsafe compatibility. Your input about the wireless charging functionality is valuable, particularly for those who rely on this feature.

I enjoyed the case very much and it showed the blue color of my iPhone very well. I wasn’t sure how I felt about the bumpers on the back corners but I don’t notice them after having the case for a week or so. It is actually nice they are there because the phone sits level when placed on it’s back. The case fits my phone snug, as it should, however the volume and power buttons can be quite firm to press, making it slighty uncomfortable to click. Over a week or so of use it has gotten a little better so I’m sure it will improve with time. I decided to pick up a MagSafe version of this same exact case which I am enjoying more and will probably use until I upgrade my phone. If you do not plan on using any MagSafe features, or just prefer the unobstructed view of the back glass, then this may be a more suitable option for you.

I might upgrade my iPhone in September, but meanwhile I needed a cheap case because my Apple case is worn out.
Pro: Bargain price $14. Will wirelessly charge if positioned carefully on a flat tabletop charger.
Con: PopSocket and other MagSafe attachments don't work.

Fits great, looks great, price was really good. Geek squad even cleaned my phone, speaker holes, and charging ports absolutely free of charge! Best Buy I’ve had in a long time, lol

Sparkly. This case will hold up better than the slim
Coach and Kate Spade cases whose edges come off quickly. KS had been my standard for years, providing protection through many drops with nice designs and very minimal profile. This Insignia case is a little chunkier especially on the back where the sparkles are, making an already kind of heavy phone seem heavier, but the sparkles… are delightful. I really love the sparkles. They are a bit less pink thank the photos, more of a pinkish iridescent.
Also the case retains the side buttons’ easy, crisp action which is nice, is achieved by unsealed coverage of the buttons, which seems pretty common. Frankly if I got water in the case it’d probably be better for the water to drain out those holes.
I would recommend this to a friend
