I initially purchased the s21 base model and picked up this case to go with it, and when I decided to get the s21+ and got it in the lavender color I figured why not go with the same case to show off the pretty color of the phone. It feels comfortable in the hand and does give decent drop protection. It does get scuffed on pavement. But other than that its been a nice case. I picked up a second as a spare.

I traveled to NY from NC to see family, phone busted when i landed. Gary helped me get a new phone, set everything up, and made sure i was happy. He was extremely polite and understanding of the situation. One of the most pleasant experiences I've had buying a phone. Thank you to Gary and best buy for going above and beyond.
