    I needed a flashlight for the house. Discovered that it has an adjustable light, in that - as you adjust the choke on the light - it either tightens or spreads the displayed light. Sometimes, when the switch is kicked on, the flashlight goes into strobe. An interesting design flaw - but probably nothing more than a misconducting wire or lead. Cheap but good.

    Only 3 stars because when you use this light you have to cycle through the light selections (Bright, low, strobe.) it's nice to have these options but say you needed this light for a home defense situation you would want to quick select strobe and that's not possible.

    I wasn't shopping for a flashlight but saw this on sale for under $6 and it is an LED! Wow! It is the brightest light and even nicer than my Maglight. I also love the slim size-C batteries-it fits my small hands so nicely.

    This is a very bright LED. My only issue is that the focus is not narrow enough. I have a CREE LED that I bought online that allows TINY focus for long distance illumination.

    First time I tried the light I was impressed with the strength of the beam. The white light is blinding if pointed toward the eyes but great for walking the dog at night. Clearly shows the walking area. Best one I have used.
