This remote is not very comfortable to use and feels cheap, but it is a rock star. This remote is better to use when not playing games, but when using the media services of the Xbox One. I highly recommend a purchase.

Great remote does everything the controller would do but 1. Your not wasting your batteries an 2. It's so easy to type whatever you need with the keyboard on the back.

I LIKE HOW IT HAS A FULL KEYBOARD ON THE BACK OF THE REMOTE MAKES IT MUCH EASIER WHEN SEARCHING FOR SOMETHING.

Add one remote for the money. I bought it on sale. It's so much easier than using the controller and the keypad on the back comes in handy. Plus you don't have to worry about pressing buttons on the other side. The side that is facing up at the time is the only side that works. The bottom side doesn't work until it is flipped over. Whole remote has back light also.

I've had the 360 remote for my other game system and this one is excellent for xbox one! The keyboard on the back side is very handy!

I like it, because I can type this keyboard to use the codes. And I can remote my Vudu movies.

I got this free as a bundle when I bought the Xboxone external Hard drive. Its just a remote. It comes in handy when playing movies so you don't have to use your controller. The buttons light up a bright green which is nice but they light every time you so much a bump the remote that might ware down the battery. There's also a QWERTY keyboard on back I haven't used it but if send a lot of xbl msg it might come in handy

It's really nice to have the remote both to move around the main menu and especially to flip it over on its back to use the keyboard.

I bought this on clearance for $14, but it's easily worth original price. The buttons light up for easy recognition, and the keyboard on the back is very useful for searches and composing messages, without having to spend $35 on a chatpad. One con about this accessory is that it's very motion sensitive. The slightest tap will make the backlight turn on needlessly. Other than that, it's great! Glad I purchased it.

4.5/5. The remote works as advertised. As the remote uses a usb receiver, you must have a direct line of sight to your xbox one. The remote will not change the volume or input on your tv (the only thing holding me back from giving a perfect score); however, you can turn the xbox on and off with the remote. The qwerty keyboard on the back is very helpful. I've used this feature more than I thought I would.

Perfect controller. the keyboard in the back is perfect no more scrolling to each letter. Oh yeah, did I mention it lights up!

The control is highly responsive. The full keyboard on the back of the remote makes this control superb. Highly recommended.

This controller is much better for watching movies than the standard game controller. A real bonus is the keyboard on the back for times when you need to enter text, such as searching etc. Lighted keys are nice too since I keep the room pretty dark for movies. Only drawback is that sometimes key presses are doubled (one press generates 2 characters) which messes up my passwords a lot.

I purchased this for my son to use with his Xbox instead of his controller when he needs to type. Works great!

This came with the external storage and I have not taken it out of the box yet. Not sure what it is for but the storage works fine without it.

Very good, only dock one star because having to aim it right is sometimes tricky. Then again I've forgotten how remotes used to work back in the day
