I was looking for a USB to HDMI for my Surface Pro. The Best Buy associate recommended this mini display port-to-HDMI Adapter. It works perfectly when hooking up to a 50in TV for presentations. I am really thankful that the associate directed me to this product.

As with most other folks, we upgraded to laptops with DisplayPorts instead of HDMI ports and have had to buy a few of these to connect our desktop monitors. It's truly brainless to connect and it works perfectly w/o any visual differences on the screen.

This adaptor fit my MacBook Air minidisplay port, which is also a thrunderbolt port (2017 era laptop), and lets me attach any monitor or TV with an hdmi cord. Good price, works well, slim design.

We bought this for our daughter who was going away to college and needed it to connect her laptop to her not smart tv for viewing Netflix etc... It was cheaper than another choice we were shown by staff and I would recommend it. Easy to use.

I usually go for the Apple branded accessories, but for something small like this it's crazy to pay $40 for Apple's own hdmi adapter, especially for an 8 year-old laptop, when this little guy works perfectly well. Connected instantly to our new monitor, and has not caused any issues since. Build quality seems durable for what it's meant to do. A+

I have used Insignia connection cords and adapters almost exclusively for well over a year now. They have all worked great and lasted. Only 1 failed, and that was because I caught it in a car door. I will definitely stick with this brand when I can.

It is compact in size. Very handy, does the job well.

The product works perfectly and does exactly what it is supposed to. My problem is that I had to buy this in order to use a wireless printer for my laptop that I bought from Best Buy. What was the point in buying a wireless printer?? The same thing happened to my neighbor.

I purchased a TV to use as a monitor/ display for my computer.I am a teacher and needed a larger screen to us for my class. This adapter made it possible with little effort to set up and use. Very Satisfied

This product is necessary for any Macbook users out there to use a standard hdmi cord for connecting to a second monitor for example. This adapter does its job and delivers on resolution up to the promised 1920 x 1200 so thats all you can ask for.

This adapter allows existing laptop to connect to HDMI projectors and screens. That is the interface most common in conferences and meetings where screens need to be shared. Previous DVI or VGA connections are disappearing.

I purchased this to replace my HDMI adapter which started working intermittently after just over a year of use. I have had the cord for a couple of months with no problems so far. This adapter cable is a little larger and stiffer so I think that it will end up holding up better.

I needed to display a slideshow from my Macbook Air to several TVs on short notice. Best Buy had this in stock and it wasn't expensive. I've used it with 2 TVs and 1 projector and it worked great. I would recommend this to anybody that asked.

I normally go with Amazon when I'm looking to purchase adapters. I guess Best Buy is getting tired of losing customers to Amazon because they're starting to offer nice cheap adapters. This does what it's supposed to for less than $10 when I caught it on sale.

You might get a lag ones in a while, but works pretty well.

Bought this one after I purchased a cheap for ten bucks, which only lasted a year. Quality on insignia hdmi mini port is great. iMac to 4K tv is working excellent. Great buy. Getting another one as back a up.

It does what it was designed to do, easy to use and not to expensive.

I got an open box version of this to connect my HP monitor to my Surface Dock. Works well, and it was pretty cheap. Wish that I could have gotten black to have uniformity in the setup, but such is life.
