Works perfect. Save yourself 50 bucks and pick up the generic version. Your apple product will know the difference.

BESTBUY associate found the insignia brand adapter. Works fine, enabling me to output my 11 inch MacBook Air to a 19 inch TV with an HDMI cable input. Set the video controls for mirroring and adjust the underscan level for proper screen fit and that's all there is to it
