A Great Nice to Have

Could not obtain audio linking DVD player to projector. Rushed to BB to trouble shoot. Tech at BB spent the time to test different scenarios in-store. He even consulted the geek squad. The resolution was to play movie off lap top to projector. However, needed port to HDMI adapter. Simple solution; however, very impressed withe the customer service.
