Reception could be a little better. And seems a little expensive for what you get.

Gets most UHF channels in the South Brooklyn area. VHF channels (7-13) are prone to poor reception.

Bought this for a TV in the kitchen that had been sharing a cable box with the guest room. Usually keep TV on for our dog when we go out. Gets about 25 channels in the DC suburbs where we live. Good signal and guide information. Local ABC and CBS stations are not picked up only NBC and FOX.

I started out with an non-amplified indoor antenna with dual adjustable receivers for $12, but it was bad and i could only catch ABC, and NBC really well and FOX if you held it in just the right position but then you would have to readjust it if you wanted any other channels. So I opted for this antenna since it was 2x the cost, I figured that it would be 2x the quality and help be get FOX and CBS. Wrong. It was able to catch more channels but it needs a longer Coaxial cable to mount it in a decent place near a window. Funny thing was that after we covered it with foil it started catching FOX pretty well. I wish I could go back and try the Clear Stream antenna- but the local best buy didn't have the cheaper $40 version and I didn't want to blow a ton of cash on an antenna. If you are serious about an antenna- the get one with a dedicated power supply that is amplified.
