I found the cheaper flat mount on the wall antennas did a much better job than this one, and they are easier to install.

I went to best buy where the staff ws very helpful. due to my location (I can actually see some of the local stations antenna) I was directed to this one, wow, great reception, I get 11 channels and at a great price.

She now gets 32 channels and couldn't be happier. She is 28 miles from a Metro area and it picked up the 32 channels. I now purchased another one for my grand daughter.

It worked great. Only down side is I had to move it around and repeat a channel search to find the best location.
