However, let me remind you that if you bought this TV after 10/15/2016 you have a return period good until 1/15/2017 that you can validate with your receipt or order number at any Best Buy store. Does not work in my suburban area

However, based on your description this seems to be a situation with the stations signal in your area. I would recommend you to either turn around/relocate your antenna or get a bigger antenna to try get more stations while scanning for them on your TV.
