Customers recognize the Multidirectional Indoor HDTV Antenna's excellent reception, ease of use, and picture quality. Many appreciate its affordability and the large number of channels it picks up, while some find the signal strength inconsistent and the cable length insufficient. The antenna's compact size and straightforward setup are also frequently praised.

Won't get several major networks & the ones that do come in are spotty. Spend a little more on a better antenna.

I purchased this in hopes to get some channels since I no longer have the $100/mo. BASIC cable from SECTV. I was amazed to get ABC and Philly Fox29. Tried it upstairs on my newer/smaller TV, and got 15 channels. After researching options, I then purchased the RCA Amplified antenna, which had to be plugged in (more $ to use!) and had "rabbit ears". This only gave me 11 channels upstairs, although it claimed to get more mileage channels than the cheaper one. More research, and exchanged the RCA for the MOHU Leaf (with a much longer cord), which was supposed to be a much better product. Ha! That got me only FIVE channels! Embarrassed - but convinced - I returned the MOHU and purchased an additional (cheaper) Insignia and now get 17 channels upstairs. I'm very pleased. I can't watch Hallmark or even "Action News", but I've seen "Ozzie & Harriet" and other real oldies, as well as the prime ABC shows. No need to spend more money for a big name product for sure! Would be better if the cord was a bit longer than 5 ft.

Tuned a ton of channels without any issues and most importantly it's not too ugly for an antenna - it looks good sitting there. I wasn't looking forward to hanging it on the wall, but it turns out i don't even need to. I'm not even using the included stand, it gets all the channels just laying flat behind the TV. Can't beat the sale price of of $9.99

I NEVER would have thought this antenna would be this good. But it's all in how you set it up.
I ran a channel search on my main HDTV and it found 14 channels. I ran it again after moving the antenna and it found 11. I tried it on another TV and it found 14, but the lowest station on the dial here (6) was coming in and out. Good thing I didn't write a review then.
I spent a day or two scratching my head then dove into the bowels of the menus on my main TV. I came across a "reset all" option and thought I would try it, even with the warning that all presets and channels would be erased (who cares at that point). It said it would take an hour, but I watched as it scrolled up to 40 channels in about five minutes or so. I thought I was seeing things. Sure enough after it cleared the auto-programming, I had 40 crystal clear channels! But...
That pesky lower channel (6) would not come in. That's CBS and we like 60-minutes and the sports so I was still miffed. Good thing I didn't write a review then! While logging in the channels on the TV and working my way up the dial, I stumbled across CBS (our channel 6) being simulcast on an upper channel (45-3). So in the end we have all the networks with all their subchannels and a host of specialty programming. Screw you Spectrum! No more ever! And all of the channels are crystal clear!
I highly recommend this antenna at any price!

I already have a very cheap antenna upstairs that works but it wouldn't work in the basement tv so I took my chances buying this one before I bought a more expensive one. It works! It pulled up all my channels I wanted. The only this it doesn't have is a power plug in for more power which in my case I don't need. Works great.

I didn't expect too much from a $20 antenna but it picked up a bunch of local channels for the spare tv so I didn't need to buy another cable box just to watch the local news. Added benefit is that it picks up a few other channels as well!

This little antenna works perfect if you're close to the towers. I've tried at least 5-6 different antennas before and this one beats down all those antennas by far. I'm in the SF Bay Area and and live close to the towers (7 and 3 miles) but getting all the channels has always been a problem. Not anymore! Not with this little antenna. It also has a the option to use the little stand or hang the antenna on the wall so you'll have a lot of options to find a good location to get great signal.

Before this i had those cheap rabbit antenna bought at a cheap dollar chinese store. Those work fine and I had a couple of channels I could view like NBC CW ION as well as local news channels but for $8 I thought I'd give it a try. There wasnt much difference at all in the quantity of channels with this product it only improved the performance from those farther away. I guess I'll keep it because it is easier to maneuver and position but its crap. Plus you have to place it near a window and live on the top floor to actually have good reception.
