One downfall is the coax cable is directly attached to the antenna and is not very long so it is limited how far you can move the antenna.

We live in an apartment that's on the second floor in the busy area of Chelsea Manhattan. Every time a truck would go by or a big bus as we live on the second floor are picture on the television will get distorted. We ended up buying a little more pricey antenna and it's just a little better as I'm supposing the problem is the busy traffic here in New York. This is a decent-sized antenna you can mount it down or next to you Furniture but I wouldn't recommend placing it near the window as it is kind of thick. Unfortunately it wasn't good for us so I just put it away.
