While it performs great for me (I'm between 9 and 22 miles from my local channel broadcast antennas and I get a solid signal, even during inclement weather), it may not perform that well for you. Make sure you place it high on a shelf or on the wall so you don't interfere with it; I found when I placed it lower that moving around could affect the most distant channel I receive.

Not an upgrade...at all

A couple local channels were not coming in well, so I decided to grab this antenna, thinking it would solve that. Not only did it not get those channels, but I lost a few other channels along the way. I live in a suburb of St.Paul, about 20 minutes from downtown. I should get every station, perfectly. This thing is junk.

The fact it was white is what drew may attention because my furniture is all white. There’s three ways you can use it. Laying flat, sitting up right or mount it to the wall. I would recommend this product
