I bought this after reading the reviews thinking it would be a replacement for my damaged Bluetooth but I was definitely wrong. It worked fine for about 2 days and then one day it get overheated while charging and melted somewhat. The only good part was the customer service I received when I returned it to the store.

Needs to be paired with the same phone every time it’s turned on. It should search and connnect automatically to the same device. Needs in ear audio prompt when on or off switch is activated. Neck band feels very flimsy.

I purchased this product hoping that they would be better than my usual LG. They were ok at the beginning. After a few weeks, I returned them because the sound was low and the quality was poor.

Really bad sound quality. I had to return it right away. Wouldn’t recommend. LGs are the best. But unfortunately you guys don’t carry many options

Don't waste your money on this. The headphones are rather large and the earbuds are rather big. I returned them and purchased some LG headphones similar but way better than these.
